Shipping information

All items in our store are ready to post unless otherwise stated. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. More often than not, your order will be sent the same day. You will receive a dispatch notification via Paypal when your order has shipped.

UK customers

We post via Royal Mail, First Class. Post and packaging cost to a UK address is £1.50 with 30p added for each additional item.

Worldwide Shipping

We use Royal Mail International Standard Delivery for shipping outside of the UK. The cost is £3.50 with 30p for each additional item. There is no tracking available on this service. Please contact us for a quote if you wish to upgrade to a tracked shipping method. The cost of this will depend on your location.

We always obtain Proof of Posting from our local post office along with a receipt. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for customs and import taxes that may occur. Please don't ask us to declare a lower sum on the tax form, it is illegal to do so and we would have to refuse.
